How do I create an account?
Click the "My Account" link at the top right side of our site.
Click on the blue box, “Create an Account,” under “New Customers.”
How do I edit my account information?
Go to "My Account" at the top right-hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
You will have the option to estimate shipping costs before proceeding to checkout. Under “Summary” in your cart, select “Estimate Shipping and Tax” and enter your zip/postal code to get your estimated costs for shipping options. Then, click “Proceed to the Checkout” where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
Go to "My Account" at the top right-hand side of our site. Under the login box click on the link that says "Forgot your password?" to receive an email to reset your password.
How do I return my product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Teaching Textbook product, contact us by email at email@example.com, or call us at (405) 525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, CT within 30 days of your purchase. If you need to return discs or books, you must first get an RMA number, and return your items in resalable condition within 30 days of your purchase. We will then refund the purchase price of the returned items.
I received the wrong product.
If your product is not correct in any way, please contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at (405) 525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CT, for assistance. Please have your account information and order number ready so we can assist you.
When will my order ship?
When your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information. Your choice of shipping method will affect the amount of time it takes to get your order.
