Order Status

  • How do I track my order?

    When your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information. Your choice of shipping method will affect the amount of time it takes to get your order.

  • How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    If you need to change your order in any way, call our customer service department immediately at 405-525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, CT. Please note that once an order has shipped, we are not able to edit it.

  • My order never arrived.

    When your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information. If your tracking status shows "delivered,” please call us at (405) 525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CT, for assistance.

  • An item is missing or incorrect in my shipment.

    If your shipment is not correct in any way, please contact us immediately by email at customerservice@teachingtextbooks.com, or call us at (405) 525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm CT, for assistance. Please have your account information and order number ready so we can assist you.

  • When will my backorder arrive?

    When your order ships, you will be sent an email with tracking information. To check on the status of a backorder, please contact us by email at customerservice@teachingtextbooks.com, or call us at (405) 525-3600, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, CT.
