Dear Customers,

We are incredibly sorry for any inconvenience you have had in the process of upgrading your courses and we would like to address some of your concerns.

The enormous number of calls and emails we are receiving has caused delays in getting back to you quickly and difficulty in getting through to us by phone. This is frustrating to us as well, and we apologize. We are working as quickly as possible to get everyone helped.

There are some common issues customers are encountering in the upgrade process and we will identify those along with remedies:

All levels of our apps have been released except Pre-Calculus which will be released the week of January 11. If you are having any difficulties installing the apps, you can access all of the print materials at TT Print Materials until you can get the app(s) installed and working.

If you are not seeing all of your courses or student information (gradebooks) it is most likely due to the process of transferring all of the 3.0 information into your new 4.0 account, and it will take a little time, possibly a day or two. We know this "missing" information is very unsettling and we apologize. Please know that all of your information is intact and will be in the new account.

If you are having password issues and cannot get into your account on the website, you will need to reset your account password at Reset Password. After you have a new account password, you can download your apps at TT 4.0 Downloads.

If your parent password works on your TT account at the website but NOT on the parent app, it is most likely that the course and student information needs time to show up from the transfer process from 3.0 to 4.0. However, if you still encounter this issue after waiting a day or so, you will need to contact us for help.

If you find bugs or glitches you can report those at TT 4.0 Issues. Glitches are common in new software and can be caused by not having the latest version of your app, so please update your app to see if it resolves the issues.

If you are concerned that you have no device that can use the 4.0 version, please contact our customer service team and we will work to see if we can get your issue resolved. The apps require Windows 10 and macOS 10.13 and higher.

If you are concerned that you will need your course end date extended due to a loss of use caused by the upgrade, please contact us toward your end date and we will be happy to assist you.

We are testing a parent portal that allows you to see all of your students’ grades at a glance, easily print current or old gradebooks, or pause all students at once. Check it out at TT Parent Portal.

Also, the week of January 11, there will be some new TT updates:

  • Pre-Calculus 4.0 will be released. (Android and iOS versions are coming soon.)
  • Schools will have information and a tool on our website to reassign students to parent accounts, if needed.
